order to be more present for every moment, you have to practice being present.
The way to do that is to learn mindfulness meditation. Meditating on a regular
basis helps you focus, brings calm to your life, and helps you to be present
in the non meditating moments of your life. If clients are interested, I work
with them to learn this practice and to become more calm, compassionate, and
mindful.
